Nature and Risks : Summer 2026 Solidarity Initiative

In my artistic practice, I have embraced a commitment to using art as a means of raising public awareness of environmental risks, including my participation in a competition on this theme in 2024. Art is a powerful way to illustrate natural hazards and the often complex biotic relationship between people and the forest environment.

The “Nature and Risks” series highlights the fragility of the Mediterranean forest, shedding light on the specific threats it faces—particularly wildfires, one of the greatest dangers to this vulnerable ecosystem. It also explores the invisible and often overlooked connection between humanity and nature. Through these works, I invite viewers to reflect on the ways in which we interact with our environment, sometimes putting it at risk without fully realizing it.

Since the beginning of the summer of 2026, we have witnessed both the urgency of the wildfire situation and the remarkable dedication of France’s firefighters. To take this commitment a step further, I have decided to donate 50% of the proceeds from the sale of artworks in the “Nature and Risks” series to the Œuvre des Pupilles et Fonds d’Entraide des Sapeurs-Pompiers de France, the charity supporting firefighters and their families.

If you would like to join this act of solidarity, the artworks are available in the online shop under the “Nature and Risks” category.
